Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Southwest Missouri, Brush Creek Bison is owned by the husband and wife team of Jett and Carrie. It is located on Flat Hollow Farms, 340 acres of old growth forests, wide, open pastures, spring-fed ponds, and limestone bluffs.
Jett and Carrie live together at Flat Hollow Farms with Cinch, their Australian Shepherd. Additionally, the farm is home to two herds of bison and a large herd of horses and mules. When not tending to livestock, Jett writes symphonic music in his studio, and Carrie trains her reining horses. They were married in a vision quest circle on horseback in Yellowstone, pictured below just because, as weddings go, it was a little unusual.
Prior to becoming bison farmers, Jett and Carrie ran a wildly successful and popular outfitting business in Yellowstone National Park. Click on the button below to learn more.
